We know that the legal process is difficult to understand and navigate. We understand, too, that both expected and unexpected legal matters can create emotional and financial stress. The goal at Newkirk Health Law, LLC is to guide you through the process by providing compassionate and affordable representation.
To ensure that you are getting the best value, we have two different types of legal representation to accommodate your needs.
FLAT RATE REPRESENTATION
Our standard flat rate representation packages include all of the bells and whistles that you would typically expect when you hire a lawyer. You will be represented by an experienced attorney, you will be entitled to unlimited phone and office consultation time and we will take care of every aspect of your case from start to finish – all for a flat rate.
HOURLY REPRESENTATION
Legal representation has traditionally been billed at an hourly rate. We recognize that some clients prefer to be billed by the hour for a number of reasons, including the availability of an itemized bill of exactly what tasks were accomplished as well as the possibility that the matter is resolved more quickly than anticipated. With this in mind, we offer this billing option to any client we represent.
